..and probably the Universe! I've known Diane for two years. In this short time, Diane sold two homes for my husband and I (the "starter" homes we purchased independently before marrying). She also helped us purchase our forever (dream!) home as a newlywed couple. The BEST! Diane is by far the best realtor that we have ever worked with. She has connections throughout the area and is able to connect with people that we would not be able to contact. She was able to get us a lot, that the seller had previously not wanted to let go, and she actually got it for a reduced price! She was able to help us get our house ready for showing. !!!!! We were referred to Diane Dawson by two friends who had contracted with her and were very happy with the sale process of their homes. Diane took her own photos, giving meticulous attention to interesting details, and posted far more pix than the industry standard, including our personal images of the landscaping in different seasons. She researched the home's historically interesting details. She made suggestions to show our home in it's best light. On a cold, rainy day in January we had 10 showings, got 7 offers, and sold the home the next day at a price well above what we expected. She was unfailingly positive, very knowledgeable about the housing market, and was always reachable by text.

Diane was personable- we never felt rushed with her. She toured the house, along with a few others, and suggested a sales price higher than the other realtors. She also suggested a few minor improvements that would provide 2 to 3 times the investment as a return. We listed with her, took her advice, and received a full price offer within a few weeks of the listing going live. We were very satisfied. She is very driven for her customer's sucess!

Diane is very pleasant and upbeat. I was the buyer and It was a rather quick presale, cash transaction. However once the offer was accepted, I felt I was no longer a priority. She had difficulty getting to the walk through , wanted to reschedule. and did not come to the closing.
